La correlación entre patrimonio y equipamiento

Abstract

El presente trabajo de grado está vinculado con la línea de investigación proyectos: teorías métodos y prácticas, teniendo el estudio del diseño de objetos, edificios y entornos, las posibles formas de diseñar y los métodos que utilizan para explorar, desarrollar y comunicar sus soluciones. El proyecto surge por la problemática dirigida a los adultos mayores en relación de espacios y equipamientos para sus actividades diarias, estos mayormente vistas en municipios, pueblos y veredas. Dando como problema principal la falta de correlación que existe entre el patrimonio y los equipamientos, esto debido al déficit de actividades sociales y culturales, daños del inmueble patrimonial y el quebrantamiento del lenguaje arquitectónico como también la desconexión del espacio público. En este orden de ideas se plantea el desarrollo de un proyecto arquitectónico que identifique las actividades que correlacionen el patrimonio y la obra nueva, la vinculación espacial de actividades y la relación material del entorno arquitectónico; este abordado metodológicamente con un estudio del arte, análisis contextual, teoría y práctica proyectual. Relacionando el aporte dado desde tres puntos estratégicos: el primero desde la actividad, el segundo desde la función y el tercero desde la materialidad. Al finalizar veremos reflejado un avance conceptual del municipio en base a los proyectos representativos y su integración espacial-funcional con el patrimonio histórico y cultural en relación con el espacio público.

This degree work is linked to the research line projects: theories, methods and practices, having the study of the design of objects, buildings and environments, the possible ways of designing and the methods they use to explore, develop and communicate their solutions. The project arises from the problem addressed to the elderly in relation to spaces and equipment for their daily activities, these mostly seen in municipalities, villages and Neighborhoods. Giving as the main problem the lack of correlation that exists between the heritage and the equipment, this due to the deficit of social and cultural activities, damage to the heritage property and the breakdown of the architectural language as well as the disconnection of the public space. In this order of ideas, the development of an architectural project is proposed that identifies the activities that correlate the heritage and the new construction, the spatial linkage of activities and the material relationship of the architectural environment; This methodologically approached with a study of art, contextual analysis, project theory and practice. Relating the contribution given from three strategic points: the first from the activity, the second from the function and the third from the materiality. At the end we will see reflected a conceptual advance of the municipality based on representative projects and their spatial-functional integration with the historical and cultural heritage in relation to the public space.
