La antigua fabrica y bosques de Bavaria reutilización arquitectónica y conservación ambiental

Abstract

El presente trabajo de grado surge a partir de la reutilización de edificios y terrenos industriales abandonados, como es el caso de la antigua fábrica de Bavaria, debido a su cierre y falta de uso generando en su entorno un deterioro urbano, ambiental y social. Por lo tanto, se propone reutilizar la totalidad de los edificios con uso alternativo de tipo cultural y recreativo, respetando y conservando el bosque con el fin de suplir las necesidades de la comunidad y sus alrededores; activar la zona y mejorar las condiciones urbanas y sociales del entorno. De acuerdo con lo anterior, el trabajo es fundamentado por aquellos antecedentes teóricos y aquellos proyectos existentes que darán soporte a las estrategias proyectuales de reutilización, dando como resultado un proyecto que cumple con los objetivos de reutilizar y adaptar la antigua fábrica en un espacio urbano de alta calidad ambiental y paisajística, mediante la activación del terreno afectado, evitando el deterioro arquitectónico y urbano.

The present degree work arises from the reuse of abandoned buildings and industrial land, as is the case of the former factory in Bavaria, due to its closure and lack of use generating in its environment an urban, environmental and social deterioration. It therefore proposes to reuse all buildings with alternative cultural and recreational use, respecting and conserving the forest in order to meet the needs of the community and its surroundings; activate the area and improve the urban and social conditions of the environment. According to the above,the work is based on theoretical background and existing projects that Will support the proyect strategies of reuse, resulting in a Project that fulfils the objectives of reusing and adapting the old factory in an urban space of high environmental and landscape quality, by activating the affected land, avoiding architectural and urban deterioration.
