La vivienda evolutiva como estrategia de mitigación para las problemáticas habitacionales de la población migrante, caso de estudio: San José de Cúcuta, Norte de Santander

Abstract

La vivienda actual, se está construyendo como un hábitat arquitectónico rígido, donde el usuario esta limitado a vivir en espacios impuestos, sin poder hacer futuras transformaciones con fines adaptativos a sus necesidades. Por lo tanto, El objetivo de este proyecto, se basa en plantear y diseñar un objeto arquitectónico flexible, que dé solución a dos problemas de vivienda que se analizaron en el lugar de estudio. Así mismo, se diseña y genera un prototipo de vivienda de emergencia, el cual, sea capaz de suplir todas las necesidades básicas de los grupos migratorios Y que, a medida de tiempos determinados, pueda proponer nuevos espacios y tener una evolución del diseño, brindando vivienda de interés social, con zonas de expansión y espacios elocuentes ala forma de habitar de los diferentes núcleos familiares, permitiendo construir áreas que se acoplen a su conveniencia. Por lo tanto, el sistema constructivo (Steel framing) logra ser versátil y eficaz, con conceptos básicos de modulación que logran la proyección de los futuros espacios, concibiendo nuevas formas y adaptación de la vivienda a las necesidades del usuario, basándose en sus costumbres, cultura y forma de habitar.

The current house is being built as a rigid architectural habitat, where the user is limited to living in imposed spaces, without being able to make future transformations with adaptive purposes to their needs. Therefore, the objective of this project is based on proposing and designing a flexible architectural object that provides a solution to two housing problems that were analyzed in the study site. Likewise, a prototype of emergency housing is designed and generated, which is capable of supplying all the basic needs of migratory groups And that, as determined times, can propose new spaces and have an evolution of the design, offering social housing, with expansion areas and eloquent spaces to the way of living of the different family nuclei, allowing the construction of areas that fit their convenience. Therefore, the construction system (Steel framing) manages to be versatile and effective, with basic concepts of modulation that achieve the projection of future spaces, conceiving new forms and adaptation of the house to the needs of the user, based on their customs, culture and way of living.
