Parque natural del Río : intervención urbano arquitectónica para la integración del borde del río Magdalena entre Honda y el corregimiento de Puerto Bogotá

Abstract

Las problemáticas de este territorio se dividen en dos elementos: El primero, cómo los habitantes de Honda dejaron de visitar el centro del municipio debido a la falta de actividades y una baja calidad de espacio público en el sector del borde del rio, produciendo que las personas no reconozcan la importancia de este sector y esté siendo abandonado. Segundo como se ha fragmentado el lugar, produciendo una división entre los bordes del rio Honda y Puerto Bogotá, dejando este elemento natural a un lado. A través de un diseño urbano y un parque natural en el corregimiento de Puerto Bogotá que complemente e integre el borde del rio con el territorio existente, se espera articular estos dos lugares como un solo territorio. De esta manera fortalecer y mejorar la calidad del centro urbano e histórico de Honda y Puerto Bogotá y así aumentar la apropiación de sus habitantes con el rio Magdalena y el lugar, mitigando el efecto de fragmentación que se vive en el municipio. Se plantea un diseño urbano alrededor de este proyecto en donde se integra el municipio de Honda con Puerto Bogotá al apropiarse de los bordes de los ríos principales, destacando su importancia e integrándolos al territorio. El parque natural del Rio en el sector de Puerto Bogotá presenta una relación directa con el rio Magdalena,se incorpora su diseño a la topografía del terreno y va descendiendo hasta llegar al rio. Una serie de acequias que recorren el lugar, además de unas piscinas y estanques naturales con filtros para su limpieza resaltan la importancia del agua dentro del proyecto, una extensa vegetación ayuda al control térmico y siempre se presenta la relación con el rio Magdalena.

The problems of this territory are divided into two elements: The first, how the inhabitants of Honda stopped visiting the center of the municipality due to the lack of activities and a low quality of public space in the sector of the edge of the river, producing that the people do not recognize the importance of this sector and are being abandoned. Second as the place has fragmented, producing a division between the edges of the Honda River and Puerto Bogotá, leaving this natural element aside. Through an urban design and a natural park in the corregimiento of Puerto Bogotá that complements and integrates the edge of the river with the existing territory, it is hoped to articulate these two places as a single territory. In this way strengthen and improve the quality of the urban and historical center of Honda and Puerto Bogotá and thus increase the appropriation of its inhabitants with the Magdalena river and the place, mitigating the fragmentation effect that is lived in the municipality. An urban design is proposed around this project where the municipality of Honda is integrated with Puerto Bogotá by appropriating the edges of the main rivers, highlighting their importance and integrating them into the territory. The Rio natural park in the sector of Puerto Bogotá has a direct relationship with the Magdalena River, its design is incorporated into the topography of the land and descends until it reaches the river. A series of ditches that run through the place, in addition to swimming pools and natural ponds with filters for cleaning, highlight the importance of water within the project, extensive vegetation helps thermal control and the relationship with the Magdalena River is always presented.
