Tocancipa : habitar el contexto industrial, arquitectura, ciudad y sociedad

Abstract

Este proyecto propone un esquema de crecimiento urbano para el desarrollo de vivienda y los modelos de habitar en el municipio de Tocancipá, que se han desarrollado a partir de los constantes movimientos de los nuevos parques industriales. Lo anterior, se da principalmente analizando la vivienda y el entorno que facilita y contribuye a formalizar el conjunto de estructuras físicas del lugar, no solo del municipio de Tocancipá, sino también, de diferentes casos de estudio; como los grandes parques industriales europeos y el modelo de la “Ciudad Jardín” inglesa. Estos casos ayudan a reflexionar y a estructurar la argumentación en estos contextos permitiendo incluir atributos e ideales para el desarrollo de una vivienda que se desliga del concepto de estratificación, procurando la sostenibilidad y la sustentabilidad de la dignidad

This project propose an urban growth scheme for housing development and the models of living in the municipality of Tocancipá, which have been developed from the constant movements of the new industrial parks. The above, is given mainly by analyzing the housing and the environment that facilitates and contributes to formalize the set of physical structures of the place, not only of the municipality of Tocancipá, but also, of different cases of study; like the great European industrial parks and the model of the English “Garden City”. These cases help to reflect and to structure the argumentation in these contexts allowing to include attributes and ideals for the development of a house that detaches itself from the concept of stratification, seeking sustainability and the maintainability of human dignity
