Eco-hotel salto de los Micos - Villeta, desarrollo sostenible en busca del crecimiento ecoturístico dentro de una transformación entre lo urbano a lo rural

Abstract

El Eco-hotel, Salto de los Micos, se ubica en torno al paisaje inmediato a la cascada “El Cune”, departamento de Cundinamarca en Colombia. El predio tiene un área de 4,77 hectáreas y fue seleccionado entre otros criterios debido a su topografía inclinada y al ecosistema hídrico que atraviesa el mismo. Según un análisis que se realizó en el municipio de Villeta, se determinaron unas problemáticas las cuales se enfocan principalmente en la perdida de la identidad del Salto de los micos, el impacto al medio ambiente y en este caso específicamente a la reserva forestal y qué calidad de proyecto de construcción verde se busca. El proyecto tiene un enfoque hacia el turismo del municipio el cual busca fomentar el atractivo de Villeta y la inclusión del concepto de Eco-hotel en la zona a través de actividades como deportes extremos, caminatas ecológicas, turismo ecológico y un alojamiento diferente al tradicional. En el Eco hotel Salto de los micos, se proponen insumos sustentables alternativos para el desarrollo en el campo sostenible, este cuenta con energías alternativas como lo son paneles solares, reciclaje de aguas lluvias mediante tanques de recolección, biodigestores para el manejo de residuos sólidos, techos verdes para el enfriamiento de las edificaciones, entre otros. En cuanto a las estrategias que se manejan, están las estructuras palafíticas las cuales permiten la óptima circulación de aire tanto por debajo, como entre la edificación, y así impactar lo menos posible el entorno y respetar las escorrentías que pasan hacia la quebraba El Cune. Es así como los objetivos para la realización de este proyecto se centran en cuidar los recursos naturales de la zona generando el menor impacto desde la construcción sostenible y amigable con el entorno, como en el desarrollo en el ámbito hotelero y finalmente la creación de sensaciones y emociones dentro del proyecto mediante la generación y optimización de recorridos a través del eco-hotel, que permitirán la inclusión de circulaciones atractivas. Más específicamente los objetivos frente a este proyecto se centran, la revitalización del salto de los micos se mejorará por medio de cultivos de guadua que permitan mejorar el cauce de la Quebrada el Cune y su entorno inmediato, la cual atraviesa el proyecto. También incentivar el ecoturismo en Villeta mediante las características de desarrollo sostenible que ofrecerá el proyecto propuesto mediante la Implementación de estrategias sostenibles que mitiguen el impacto en el ecosistema y ayuden a reducir la huella ecológica en el proyecto y la implementación de métodos constructivos con materiales de la zona para así mismo generar mano de obra y aprovechamientos de los materiales locales. Además de generar un hito urbano-rural, mediante el proyecto de eco-hotel, que a su vez sirva como fuente de empleo para la población de Villeta. Además de ser una puerta urbana muy importante para el sector El Eco hotel está divido en 4 zonas, la primera zona se define como la zona administrativa, en la segunda zona se encuentran las cabañas las cuales brindan los espacios para una acomodación familiar, en la tercera zona están las habitaciones las cuales tienen posibilidad de acomodación para entre 2 y 4 personas, y finalmente está la zona de camping la cual está adecuada para usuarios mochileros. Cabe resaltar que cada zona tiene los insumos y complementos necesarios para el buen desarrollo de estos. Para así, mostrar cómo por medio de un proyecto arquitectónico, se puede reducir la huella ecológica y el impacto al medio ambiente, y además, intervenir en el desarrollo de un cuerpo hídríco de una manera en la que se puedan recuperar y mejorar algunos aspectos del ecosistema local.

The Eco-hotel, Salto de los Micos, is located around the immediate landscape of the "El Cune" waterfall, department of Cundinamarca in Colombia. In the Eco Hotel Salto de los micos, alternative sustainable inputs are proposed for development in the sustainable field, this has alternative energies such as solar panels, rainwater recycling through collection tanks, biodigesters for the management of solid waste, green roofs for the cooling of buildings, among others. As for the strategies that are handled, there are the palafitic structures which allow the optimum circulation of air both below, and between the building, and thus impact the least possible environment and respect the runoff that pass into the El Cune stream. This is how the objectives for the realization of this project are focused on caring for the natural resources of the area generating the least impact from sustainable construction and friendly with the environment, as in the development in the hotel sector and finally the creation of sensations and emotions within the project through the generation and optimization of routes through the eco-hotel, which will allow the inclusion of attractive circulations. More specifically the objectives in front of this project are focused, the revitalization of the jump of the monkeys will be improved by means of guadua crops that allow to improve the channel of the Quebrada el Cune and its immediate surroundings, which crosses the project. Also encourage ecotourism in Villeta through the characteristics of sustainable development that the proposed project will offer through the implementation of sustainable strategies that mitigate the impact on the ecosystem and help reduce the ecological footprint in the project and the implementation of constructive methods with materials from the area to generate labor and take advantage of local materials. In addition to generating an urban-rural milestone, through the eco-hotel project, which in turn serves as a source of employment for the population of Villeta.
