Ciudad y arquitectura como factores de aprendizaje

Abstract

EI profundo cambio surgido en los últimos años en el campo educativo y la desarticulación que tiene el colegio con la ciudad hace necesaria una concepción nueva del diseño de los equipamientos educativos y del ambiente escolar, ya que los espacios pedagógicos actuales no están aptos para nuevas dinámicas de aprendizaje. Tomando como referencia el concepto de ciudad educadora y analizando los nuevos métodos pedagógicos se realizará una configuración espacial que permita generar una relación con la ciudad tomando esta como objeto de aprendizaje y a su vez la academia se apoyará del entorno como una estrategia de enseñanza, concibiendo el colegio como ciudad y la ciudad como colegio. Por lo tanto, se establece en el proyecto arquitectónico una relación conceptual y espacial entre la ciudad, la arquitectura y las nuevas metodologías pedagógicas. Esta relación contribuye en la consolidación de procesos educativos innovadores, con el fin de mejorar en la educación

The profound change that has arisen in the last years in the educational field and the disarticulation that the school has with the city makes necessary a new conception of the design of the educational equipments and the school environment, since the current pedagogical spaces are not suitable for new dynamics learning. Taking as a reference the concept of the educating city and analyzing the new pedagogical methods, a spatial configuration will be made that allows generating a relationship with the city, taking it as an object of learning and at the same time the academy will support the environment as a teaching strategy, conceiving the school as a city and the city as a school. Therefore, a conceptual and spatial relationship between the city, architecture and new pedagogical methodologies is established in the architectural project.
