Agrupación de Viviendas - Apiay Meta

Abstract

Este proyecto de grado se realiza a 11 km de Villavicencio capital del Meta; más exactamente en el municipio de Apiay, siendo este reconocido por su gran biodiversidad y sus grandes planicies en toda la extensión de su región y sus alrededores. Analizando el sector se encuentran variedad de problemáticas teniendo como principal el gran atraso de buena infraestructura habitacional, con esto se plantea realizar una propuesta arquitectónica de vivienda sostenible la cual genere un impacto favorable, la cual cuenta con alternativas innovadoras y funciónales con el entorno y así poder satisfacer las necesidades de la población que reside en el sector y a su vez la población flotante.

This degree project is being carried out 11 km from Villavicencio, the capital of Meta, in the municipality of Apiay, which is renowned for its rich biodiversity and vast plains throughout the region and its surrounding areas. Analyzing the area, a variety of problems are identified, the main one being the significant lack of adequate housing infrastructure. This is why we propose a sustainable housing architectural proposal that generates a favorable impact, featuring innovative and functional alternatives that integrate with the environment and thus meet the needs of the area's residents and, in turn, the floating population.
