De lo individual a lo colectivo. Una reflexión sobre la vivienda urbana en el centro de Bogotá

Abstract

Con la preocupación por la falta de criterios en el diseño actual de vivienda dentro de los contextos urbanos y su relación con los nuevos modos de vida, la investigación aborda la idea de espacialidad desde el análisis de dos propuestas modernas (Raumplan y Espacio fluido) que permiten establecer estrategias proyectuales para el desarrollo de un objeto arquitectónico y así promover nuevas formas de proyección alejadas de la idea tipo de vivienda inmobiliaria. Para esto se analizan desde diferentes posturas, aspectos inherentes a toda vivienda (las actividades y el habitar, los objetos, los elementos, así como los espacios y sus relaciones). De esta forma lo teorizado termina materializándose en el diseño de una agrupación con 4 ejercicios de vivienda que reflexionan sobre la necesidad de repensar el diseño del espacio más allá de lo funcional, así como retomar el carácter social del espacio doméstico, es decir, diseñar para y por el habitante.

With the concern for the lack of criteria in the current design of housing within urban contexts and its relationship with the new ways of life, the research addresses the concept of spatiality from the analysis of two modern proposals (Raumplan and Fluid Space) that allow establishing project strategies for the development of an architectural object and thus promote new forms of projection away from the idea of real estate housing. For this purpose, aspects inherent to all housing (activities and living, objects and elements, as well as spaces and their relationships) are analyzed from different perspectives. In this way, the theorized, ends up materializing in the design of a group with 4 housing exercises that reflect on the need to rethink the design of space beyond the functional as well as to retake the social character of domestic space to design for and by the inhabitant.
