La Arquitectura de la Movilidad; Implantar un Sistema de Ciudad que Integre la Nueva Terminal Intermodal de Transporte Público Incorporando el Ferrocarril del Norte por medio del Regiotram

Abstract

El presente proyecto de grado, desarrollará una propuesta arquitectónica orientada hacia el transporte para el municipio de Zipaquirá, cuyas características físicas permitirán evaluar las condiciones urbanas de este territorio junto con los principios de la movilidad del municipio. Con esta infraestructura se trazará un eje por la línea férrea proyectada para el Regiotram que cruza desde Bogotá, Sabana centro, Zipaquirá y se extiende, el cual permite localizar el proyecto al costado norte del municipio como zona de expansión. De esta manera, se propone un sistema urbano en analogía al sistema nervioso humano, que conecta desde las plataformas multimodales del terminal de transporte como núcleo del sistema, enlazando la propuesta urbana hacia las centralidades neuronales y orientado hacia el desarrollo de la movilidad sostenible con el fin de conectar diferentes medios de transporte para mejorar la calidad del servicio en la región. adicionalmente pretende generar apropiación del espacio por parte de los usuarios, y desarrollar un diseño adecuado para mejorar el flujo de circulaciones.

This degree project will develop an architectural proposal oriented towards transportation for the municipality of Zipaquirá, whose physical characteristics will allow evaluating the urban conditions of this territory together with the principles of mobility of the municipality. With this infrastructure, an axis will be traced along the rail line projected for the Regiotram that crosses from Bogotá, Sabana Centro, Zipaquirá and extends, which allows the project to be located on the north side of the municipality as an expansion zone. In this way, an urban system is proposed in analogy to the human nervous system, which connects from the multimodal platforms of the transport terminal as the core of the system, linking the urban proposal to the neural centralities and oriented towards the development of sustainable mobility with the in order to connect different means of transport to improve the quality of service in the region. Additionally, it intends to generate appropriation of the space by the users, and develop an adequate design to improve the flow.
