Abstract

El presente proyecto tiene como finalidad contribuir a la cultura, la naturaleza, los ecosistemas y a la mejora de la calidad de experiencias de las personas que viajan o turistean en los municipios de Tolú y Coveñas, a partir de un complejo hotelero sostenible que piense y re ingenie los requerimientos necesarios para aportar al sector una nueva forma de dar a conocer el lugar y sus riquezas a sus usuarios ofreciendo asi una mejor calidad del turismo a la que actualmente se ofrece, aportado por medio de espacios activos y pasivos en torno a los aspectos sensitivos y experienciales en medio de la naturaleza, las actividades ecológicas, culturales y los materiales amigables que resalten la arquitectura ancestral del lugar combinado con técnicas modernas y enriquecedoras para una experiencia inigualable, que permitan crear un nuevo modelo a seguir en sector el cual sirva para la mejora de los hoteles actuales y la proyección de nuevos complejos hoteleros los cuales sobrepasen los requerimientos que se ven alrededor del país, promoviendo así el turismo lujoso, amigable y sostenible que se ve alrededor del mundo con base en las nuevas formas de vida.

The purpose of this project is to contribute to culture, nature, ecosystems and the improvement of the quality of experiences of people who travel or tour in the municipalities of Tolú and Coveñas, from a sustainable hotel complex that thinks and re engineer the necessary requirements to provide the sector with a new way of making the place and its riches known to its users, thus offering a better quality of tourism than what is currently offered, provided through active and passive spaces around the aspects sensitive and experiential in the midst of nature, ecological, cultural activities and friendly materials that highlight the ancient architecture of the place combined with modern and enriching techniques for an unparalleled experience, which allows creating a new model to follow in the sector which serves to the improvement of current hotels and the projection of new hotel complexes which exceed the requirements that are seen around the country, thus promoting luxurious, friendly and sustainable tourism that is seen around the world based on new ways of life.
