La Acupuntura Urbana como Revitalización y Rehabilitación de una Zona Específica, Concepto Proyectado en un Pasaje Comercial

Abstract

El objeto de desarrollo de la tesis es un pasaje comercial con la rehabilitación de un equipamiento de atención al ciudadano con la revitalización del área de protección del afluente Caño Grande, el proyecto se sitúa entre la calle 22 y la avenida departamental 65, rumbo al departamento del Guaviare, dado como un proyecto, dicho proyecto contiene actividades principales como comercio, servicios y ocio para la población de Villavicencio, la ciudad residente del proyecto, todo esto elevado a un contrato de APP (Alianza Publico Privada), el proyecto fue un objeto de estudio constante que se registra en este trabajo, él se apoya en el criterio de la acupuntura urbana, para afrontar las problemáticas y dificultades del proyecto, donde se aflige el territorio
