Vivienda Unifamiliar, un Proyecto Prototipo Económico, Eficiente y Sostenible

Abstract

El documento describe como se desarrollará un prototipo de vivienda económico y sostenible para cuatro, cinco o hasta seis usuarios ubicado en Carmen de Apicalá, el proyecto surge por un encargo particular con varios objetivos específicos: debe ser a bajo costo tanto en mano de obra como en uso de materiales, tiene que funcionar con estrategias de sostenibilidad para lograr un confort y que eviten la necesidad de inclusión de sistemas mecánicos que consumen altos niveles de energía, por último, debe ser sostenible con respecto al tratado y reutilización de recursos para generar ahorros al usuario a corto, medio y largo plazo, el valor agregado de este proyecto se basa en el objetivo de ser prototipo; ya que previamente se realiza un estudio del lugar para plantear las mejores estrategias para su emplazamiento, este debería adaptarse a las condiciones climáticas similares en cualquier lugar del mundo y así mismo lograr la confortabilidad de sus usuarios basados en la efectividad de las estrategias planteadas; en su desarrollo se espera generar un diseño minimalista, lograr producir un presupuesto con un listado de materiales estandarizado para su producción requerida y que este funcione con estrategias de sostenibilidad que permita ser compartido al público para poder ser construido según las exigencias que el respectivo entorno requiera.
