Diseño de un Prototipo de Viviendas Sostenibles y Productivas

Abstract

El tema principal de este documento es la Arquitectura Sostenible y la Vivienda modular y productiva a partir de Contenedores. Con este proyecto se busca concebir el diseño de dos prototipos de vivienda; multifamiliar y vivienda productiva que su principal recurso de construcción sean Contenedores y madera, para que sea de bajo costo, fácil, rápido de montar y armar. De este diseño se distinguen todas las cualidades de una arquitectura sostenible, como son la utilización de energías renovables, el proceso de construcción, la utilización de materiales reciclados, naturales y sistemas de ahorro de agua y energía. A partir de estos prototipos de vivienda se pretende generar diferentes modelos donde la singularidad se pueda replicar de forma coherente para crear módulos de vivienda que ocupen menos espacio por m2 y más en altura, permitiendo una mayor versatilidad en cualquier contexto donde las condiciones climáticas sean similar. Capellanía es un Barrio del Municipio de Cajicá - Sabana centro este lugar suele ser considerado como peligroso por los habitantes locales; la inseguridad, la iluminación y ciertas características del trazado urbano como las aceras y algunas calles sin pavimentar son los principales problemas que afectan el barrio. En el Lugar predomina el uso residencial, pero también se ve la presencia del uso mixto donde la vivienda es productiva y genera pequeña pero constante actividad en la mayor parte del centro y sur del barrio. Teniendo en cuenta todas las características sociales, geográficas y medio ambientales del lugar que influyen directamente en el diseño, estructura y función de los distintos elementos que componen el Proyecto de Vivienda Sostenible y Productiva se plantean distintas problemáticas que serán la base de la propuesta, estas guiarán y darán una pauta para sustentar la viabilidad de este. A partir de esto, el lote tendrá áreas destinadas para que el usuario residente y visitante puedan realizar actividades de recreación y comercio. Uno de los prototipos de vivienda, tendrá un área productiva para que, sin importar su contexto, ya sea rural o urbano se pueda establecer, sin sacrificar ningún área del recinto. Mencionando, además, el ahorro en las facturas del hogar, por las diferentes estrategias y sistemas que poseen cada una de las tipologías desarrolladas. Para los objetivos se tienen en cuenta los siguientes aspectos: • las estrategias sostenibles, los materiales y recursos que harán parte del desarrollo del proyecto. • Un diseño amigable con el medio ambiente que beneficie con el ahorro de agua y energía eléctrica a través de la cubierta y diferentes estrategias en las fachadas que mejoren el confort interior en el recinto. • Una mejora del contexto urbano del lugar por medio mobiliario verde amigable con el medio ambiente y espacios seguros de integración social. Para alcanzar y poder realizar los objetivos planteados con anterioridad para este proyecto, se pretende hacer uso de los datos recopilados y estudiados en los distintos documentos, libros y revistas web sobre el uso arquitectónico de los contenedores marítimos, la sostenibilidad, el uso de madera y la productividad en las viviendas, para dar un sustento de la viabilidad y el beneficio de usar este método constructivo en propuestas de vivienda sostenible en diferentes escalas de construcción además del impacto positivo hacia el medio ambiente y el beneficio que lleva a la sociedad. Como conclusiones para el municipio de Cajicá y el barrio Capellanía, este tipo de proyecto beneficia y enriquece al sector donde se emplace, dado a que en todo el municipio la tendencia de la vivienda productiva a aumentado y se ve consolidada en todo el territorio, además de que el espacio público se ve beneficiado con espacios de dispersión para la primera infancia, jóvenes y adultos mayores. En la actualidad por la contingencia actual, el mundo ha presentado afectaciones en todo ámbito, económico, social, cultural y emocional, por este motivo se buscan a diario soluciones y se generan propuestas desde el ámbito arquitectónico para solventar muchos de estos problemas, por lo anterior, el uso correcto y responsable de los contenedores y los recursos mencionados en el documento, contribuyen con la sostenibilidad y por consiguiente ayudan a disminuir las afecciones en el medio ambiente. La estructura de los contenedores es muy versátil a la hora de adecuarlas y hacerlas habitables, por sus perfiles resistentes que conforman dicha estructura, esto hace que las operaciones para que sea energéticamente eficaz sean más sencillas de ejecutar. Se puede ver una clara ventaja a la hora de construir una vivienda con contenedores marítimos, por los tiempos de ejecución, la optimización en la mano de obra, la facilidad en el ensamblaje y adecuación, para generar un confort y un espacio agradable para habitar.

Residential use predominates in the Place, but there is also the presence of mixed use where housing is productive and generates small but constant activity in most of the center and south of the neighborhood. Taking into account all the social, geographical and environmental characteristics of the place that directly influence the design, structure and function of the different elements that make up the Sustainable and Productive Housing Project, different problems are raised that will be the basis of the proposal, these They will guide and give a guideline to support its viability. From this, the lot will have designated areas so that the resident and visitor users can carry out recreational and commercial activities. One of the housing prototypes will have a productive area so that, regardless of its context, whether rural or urban, it can be established, without sacrificing any area of the enclosure. Mentioning, in addition, the savings in household bills, due to the different strategies and systems that each of the developed typologies possess. For the objectives, the following aspects are taken into account: • sustainable strategies, materials and resources that will be part of the development of the project. • An environmentally friendly design that benefits from saving water and electricity through the roof and different strategies on the facades that improve interior comfort in the enclosure. • An improvement of the urban context of the place through green furniture friendly to the environment and safe spaces for social integration. In order to achieve and be able to carry out the objectives previously set for this project, it is intended to make use of the data collected and studied in the different documents, books and web magazines on the architectural use of maritime containers, sustainability, the use of wood and productivity in housing, to support the viability and benefit of using this construction method in sustainable housing proposals at different construction scales, in addition to the positive impact on the environment and the benefit it brings to society. As conclusions for the municipality of Cajicá and the Capellanía neighborhood, this type of project benefits and enriches the sector where it is located, given that throughout the municipality the trend of productive housing has increased and is consolidated throughout the territory, in addition that the public space benefits from dispersion spaces for early childhood, youth and older adults. At present, due to the current contingency, the world has presented affectations in all areas, economic, social, cultural and emotional, for this reason solutions are sought daily and proposals are generated from the architectural field to solve many of these problems, therefore above, the correct and responsible use of the containers and the resources mentioned in the document, contribute to sustainability and therefore help to reduce the effects on the environment. The structure of the containers is very versatile when it comes to adapting them and making them habitable, due to their resistant profiles that make up said structure, this makes the operations to make it energy efficient easier to execute. A clear advantage can be seen when building a house with maritime containers, due to the execution times, the optimization of the workforce, the ease of assembly and adaptation, to generate comfort and a pleasant space to live in
