El lugar. Identidad en el sitio : la construcción del lugar, caso Galería en Sibaté

Abstract

El lugar es un concepto inherente a la Arquitectura, y se debe entender que éste se construye, pero la construcción del lugar implica al momento de proyectar, considerar aspectos como el análisis de los modos de vida del entorno, para luego, plasmarlos en un edificio y dotar de significado el sitio. Un sitio dotado de significado es un lugar construido, en este sentido, este proyecto identifica estrategias para la construcción del lugar, aplicadas al diseño de un equipamiento cultural para Sibaté. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se estudió el concepto de habitar, se estableció una diferenciación entre lugar y sitio. Todo lo identificado en el análisis sirve de herramientas y elementos de composición de la obra que, junto con estrategias de emplazamiento permiten que se construya un lugar totalmente contextualizado con su entorno, armonizado con la función misma de habitar de los usuarios, complementándose con la estética de la arquitectura que va más allá de algo subjetivo.

Everything identified in the analysis serves as tools and elements of composition of the work that, together with placement strategies, allow the construction of a place totally contextualized with its surroundings, harmonized with the very function of inhabiting the users, complementing itself with aesthetics. of architecture that goes beyond something subjective.
