“Talatüshi maʼin”

Abstract

El documento tiene como objetivo diseñar un museo de la cultura Wayuu en la ciudad de Riohacha para dar a conocer la etnia representativa de este departamento, empleando energías alternativas para un desarrollo sostenible, y generando una relación con el paisaje del mar Caribe por medio de sus visuales y fachadas reflectivas. Acorde a la información investigada del municipio se logran encontrar una problemática observando en ellas que existen falencias notorias en la parte cultural de un distrito turístico por el cual se concluye que hay carencia de espacios culturales en Riohacha. Por esta razón el equipamiento diseñado corresponde a un museo que expone todo acerca de la cultura representativa (cultura wayuu); también investigando y recopilando información acerca del proyecto se llega a el análisis de los usuarios necesarios que son, Turistas, Niños, Indígenas, adultos y discapacitados y los diagnósticos a dos escalas: nivel ciudad y nivel barrial, donde se muestran determinantes importantes para elegir la ubicación y otros requisitos del museo. El diseño está enfocado en la arquitectura sostenible y los paisajes de la ciudad demostrándolo en sus planos de plantas, fachadas y cortes ya que está constituido por 7 pisos donde también cuenta con unas fachadas con envolvente regulador de energía de vientos y luz directa del sol, y fachadas en vidrio con vista al paisaje que rodea el proyecto, que son las playas del Mar Caribe de Riohacha, ubicado en la Av. Primera (barrio mas visitado de la ciudad).

The document aims to design a museum of Wayuu culture in the city of Riohacha to publicize the representative ethnic group of this department, using alternative energies for sustainable development, and generating a relationship with the landscape of the Caribbean Sea through its visuals and reflective facades. According to the investigated information of the municipality, a problem can be found by observing in them that there are notorious shortcomings in the cultural part of a tourist district for which it is concluded that there is a lack of cultural spaces in Riohacha. For this reason the equipment designed corresponds to a museum that exposes everything about the representative culture (Wayuu culture); Also, by investigating and collecting information about the project, the analysis of the necessary users is reached, which are, Tourists, Children, Indigenous people, adults and the disabled, and diagnoses at two scales: city level and neighborhood level, where important determinants are shown to choose the location and other museum requirements. The design is focused on sustainable architecture and the landscapes of the city, demonstrating it in its floor plans, facades and cuts since it is made up of 7 floors where it also has facades with an envelope regulating wind energy and direct sunlight, and glass facades overlooking the landscape that surrounds the project, which are the beaches of the Caribbean Sea of Riohacha, located on Av. Primera (the most visited neighborhood in the city).
