Revitalización del bioparque los ocarros mediante la implementación de un ecohotel

Abstract

Este proyecto tiene como propósito la revitalización del Bio parque los Ocarros, mediante la implementación del Ecoturismo. Mediante el diseño de un Eco hotel, se busca generar nuevos ingresos económicos y aumentar la demanda turística del sector enfocado a un huésped responsable con el medio ambiente, a partir de la potencialización de las riquezas del paisaje llanero y las oportunidades recreacionales del área a intervenir, bajo parámetros de bioarquitectura para disminuir la huella ambiental e impactos en su contexto natural. Se obtiene así alojamiento, entretenimiento y crecimiento económico, siendo un factor favorable para las 3 partes, incluyendo también la comunidad al devolverle la identidad cultural a este patrimonio ecológico de la ciudad de Villavicencio.

The purpose of this project is to revitalize Los Ocarros Biopark, through the implementation of Ecotourism. Through the design of an Ecohotel, it seeks to generate new economic income and increase the tourist demand of the sector focused on a responsible guest with the environment, from the potentialization of the landscape wealth and recreational opportunities of the area to be intervened, under bioarchitecture parameters. to reduce the environmental footprint and impacts in its natural context. Thus, accommodation, entertainment and economic growth are obtained, being a favorable factor for all 3 parties, also including the community by returning the cultural identity to this ecological heritage of the city of Villavicencio.
