Terminal de transporte y estación interregional de la Orinoquía

Abstract

El presente trabajo de grado se desarrolla en el municipio de Yopal, capital del departamento de Casanare. El punto más importante de conexión del municipio es el terminal de transporte, el cual actualmente presenta un problema de articulación con la ciudad debido a su ubicación en el casco urbano produce dificultad de acceso al peatón, y disfuncionalidad del edificio. Este proyecto desarrolla un equipamiento de terminal de transporte y como este se conecta con la ciudad a través de distintas estrategias tanto urbanas como de diseño teniendo como objetivo principal de esta investigación la realización de un terminal de transporte terrestre regional que genere conectividad con la ciudad a través de la utilización del espacio público como elemento articulador que a su vez integra la naturaleza del contexto de la implantación, con base en posiciones teóricas que sirven de apoyo para la investigación y el diseño de espacios públicos óptimos para el encuentro.

This investigation is carried out in the township of Yopal, capital of the department of Casanare. The most important connection point of the township is the transport terminal which at the moment presents an articulation problem with the city due to its location in the midtown causes difficulty of access to pedestrians and dysfunction of the building. This project develops a transport terminal equipment and how it connects with the city through different urban and design strategies. The main objective of this investigation is the realization of a regional transport terminal that generates connectivity with the city through the use of public space as an articulatory element that integrates the nature of the context of the implantation based on theoretical positions as support for research and design of optimal public spaces for meeting.
