Vivienda multifamiliar urbana post pandemia en Colombia

Abstract

En este proyecto se replantea el concepto básico de la vivienda actual, transformando los espacios de hábitat, en la comunidad con los nuevos conceptos de la era post pandemia, garantizando zonas funcionales, confortables, zonas verdes y espacios abiertos, que conecten con la naturaleza, donde se podrán realizar actividades para la integración de los ciudadanos, con espacios amplios para trabajar, estudiar, o simplemente para compartir en familia. El proyecto se origina a partir del análisis del sector vivienda y espacios públicos en la zona de bosa central, se ha diseñado un modelo vivienda acorde a las diversas necesidades que hoy se presentan, brindando a la comunidad un servicio eficaz y sostenible, solucionando la calidad de vida del ciudadano y el déficit de vivienda en una zona altamente comercial, creando espacios funcionales, armoniosos y eficientes que garanticen la integración en los nuevos espacios que promueven seguridad, salud y bienestar, buscando las condiciones precisas para las futuras exigencias ambientales, adaptándonos a los cambios sociales, laborales, emocionales y psicológicos.

This project rethinks the basic concept of current housing, transforming the habitat spaces in the community with the new concepts of the post-pandemic era, guaranteeing functional, comfortable areas, green areas and open spaces that connect with nature, where activities for the integration of citizens can be carried out, with wide spaces to work, study, or simply to share with the family. The project originates from the analysis of the housing sector and public spaces in the central bosa area, a housing model has been designed according to the various needs that arise today, providing the community with an effective and sustainable service, solving quality life of the citizen and the housing deficit in a highly commercial area, creating functional, harmonious and efficient spaces that guarantee integration in the new spaces that promote safety, health and well-being, seeking the precise conditions for future environmental requirements, adapting to social, work, emotional and psychological changes.
