Centro Comunitario Paraíso como medio de integración y producción para los jóvenes del barrio Paraíso en Ciudad Bolívar

Abstract

El Centro Comunitario Paraíso es una respuesta arquitectónica a las problemáticas de los bordes urbanos que son dadas desde la parte socioeconómica, la geográfica y la de infraestructura. La localidad de Ciudad Bolívar es catalogada como borde dentro de la ciudad de Bogotá, donde se establece este proyecto, específicamente en el barrio Paraíso, con el fin de dotar al sector de espacios que produzcan un impacto en la comunidad, empoderándola y permitiéndole ser partícipe de las actividades realizadas por medio de la arquitectura. Esto se logra desde la población joven vulnerable del barrio, quienes son los protagonistas de este proyecto, generando espacios comunitarios y talleres de artes y oficios que les permitan encontrar oportunidades y pasiones por medio del arte y la cultura.

The Centro Comunitario Paraíso is an architectural response to the problems of urban edges that are given from the socioeconomic, geographical and infrastructure aspects. The Ciudad Bolívar locality is classified as an edge in Bogotá city, where this project is established, specifically in the Paraíso neighborhood, in order to provide the sector with spaces that produce an impact on the community, empowering and allowing it to be a participant of the activities carried out through architecture. This is achieved from the vulnerable young population of the neighborhood, who are the protagonists of this project, generating community spaces and arts and crafts workshops that allow them to find opportunities and passions through art and culture.
