Reestructuración arquitectónica de los complejos deportivos del I.D.R.D en la ciudad de Bogotá

Abstract

Este proyecto surge de la necesidad que tiene la ciudad de Bogotá de implementar una modificación a sus complejos deportivos para garantizar una mejor utilización de los mismos y la prestación de un servicio digno y especializado para todos los usuarios. Teniendo en cuenta que los escenarios deportivos existentes en la ciudad de Bogotá se encuentran en mal estado físico y arquitectónico y que la población de la ciudad incrementa constantemente por ser un área metropolitana con alta oferta de oportunidades tanto laborales, educativas, de vivienda y en este caso deportivas; Bogotá necesita el mejoramiento, la reubicación y la reestructuración de sus complejos deportivos de manera arquitectónica, urbanística y administrativa. Por ello, se proyecta el diseño urbano y arquitectónico de la Unidad Deportiva El Campín, con el objetivo de mejorar la ubicación, la calidad de servicio y la dotación de los complejos deportivos de la ciudad de Bogotá, para potencializar aún más el deporte nacional. Se cuenta con varios enfoques: Uno de ellos es el Arquitectónico porque se proyecta un tratamiento de renovación urbana en modalidad de reactivación que mejore las condiciones del espacio público y de los equipamientos que conforman toda la estructura física del Instituto Distrital de Recreación y Deporte (IDRD) de la ciudad de Bogotá. Otro aspecto es el sociocultural porque al contar con espacios públicos y equipamientos idóneos, los bogotanos tendrán mejores oportunidades para disfrutar sus momentos de esparcimiento, descanso y recreación. Existe un tercero, que es el deportivo, basado en la necesidad de brindar a los deportistas colombianos mejores condiciones tanto de formación, como de alto rendimiento en cada una de las disciplinas para potencializar el deporte nacional.

This project emerges from the necessity that Bogotá city has of making a modification of its sports complex in order to guarantee their better use and for giving an appropriate and specialized service for their users. Taking into account that the actual sports fields we found in Bogotá city are in bad physical and architectural conditions and that the city population increases every day because of the high number of education, work, housing and in this case sport opportunities that Bogotá gives; the city needs an improvement, a relocation and a reconstruction of their sports complex in an urban, architectural and administrative form. For that reason, it is projected the urban and architectonic design of the “Unidad Deportiva El Campín” with the objective to increase its location, its service quality and the resources of Bogotá’s sports complex to improve the national sports. The project has three important approaches: One of them is the architectonic because it is projected a treatment of an urban renovation for improving the urban spaces and the equipment conditions of the “Instituto Distrital de Recreación y Deporte (IDRD)” physical structure of Bogotá city. An other approach is the sociocultural because having excellent urban spaces and equipments the people in Bogotá would have better opportunities to rest, to relax and to recreate. The third one is the sports that is based on the necessity of giving better conditions not only formative, but also high performance in each one of the disciplines to the Colombian people for improving national sports.
