Arquitectura del High Tech : innovación, sostenibilidad y materialidad

Abstract

El presente trabajo de grado parte de la inquietud: ¿Cómo vincular el aspecto sostenible y materialidad innovadora en el proyecto arquitectónico a través de la técnica constructiva del High Tech? debido a que en plena época contemporánea se siguen implementando materiales y técnicas constructivas que no aportan a la sostenibilidad del proyecto, siendo esta un elemento indispensable en la arquitectura actual. El objetivo del tema en mención trata sobre Vincular el aspecto sostenible y los nuevos materiales de alta tecnología en la técnica constructiva a través de la arquitectura High Tech. Para ello se ha investigado la obra de Norman Foster, Renzo Piano y Richard Rogers.

The present work of degree starts from the concern: How to link the sustainable aspect and innovative materiality in the architectural project through the constructive technique of High Tech? due to the fact that in the middle of contemporary times materials and constructive techniques that do not contribute to the sustainability of the project are still being implemented, being this an indispensable element in the current architecture. The objective of this topic is to link the sustainable aspect and the new hightech materials in the construction technique through High Tech architecture. For this purpose, the work of Norman Foster, Renzo Piano and Richard Rogers has been investigated.
