Vínculo Arquitectura, Naturaleza y Percepción de las Personas hacia el Lugar

Abstract

El presente trabajo de grado aborda la desvinculación que existe entre la naturaleza y la arquitectura, planteando la falta de conexión que existe entre estos, y como se deja de lado la incorporación del medio natural en el diseño de la edificación y como este hecho imposibilita a las personas a establecer una relación con el lugar; así se circunscribe la necesidad de establecer, a partir del diseño arquitectónico, la articulación de la naturaleza con el edificio, para poder determinar cómo esta relación permite al usuario mejorar su percepción del lugar así como su productividad en los espacios de aprendizaje. En tal sentido, se determina como objetivo del presente trabajo de grado, la identificación e implementación de estrategias para el diseño arquitectónico, bajo principios de bioclimática, de un centro cultural, ubicado en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C. a partir de la elaboración de un “ecosistema artificial” vinculado como un “diseño biofílico”, que articule la conexión entre el entorno natural y el construido, de manera que afecte de manera positiva la percepción del habitante hacia el espacio que habita. Además, lograr que la edificación pueda vincularse de manera más activa con los elementos de la naturaleza. Para lograr el objetivo se plantean tres etapas, la primera una etapa analítica, en la cual se establece la búsqueda de información y de autores que den un acercamiento hacia el objetivo establecido, la segunda etapa que consiste en la depuración y análisis de diversos conceptos desarrollados por los autores sobre la vinculación del espacio, y por último, la etapa que busca la apropiación e implementación de las estrategias de diseño al proyecto de grado con el fin de revincular los espacios con el entorno natural en procura de integrar al habitante y el entorno con la edificación, y que esta cumpla con ciertas condiciones ambientales y de diseño que la involucren con el habitante permitiéndole comprender el lugar, sus características y su historia. Así se determinó que la implementación de estrategias mediante el contacto del habitante con el hábitat y la inclusión de este en la edificación a través de jardines y contando con determinantes físicos en el espacio, puede llegar a mejorar la percepción del lugar por parte del usuario al relacionarlo con un estímulo positivo que le den una sensación de confort.

This degree work addresses the lack of connection between nature and architecture, and how the incorporation of the natural environment is left aside in the design of the building and how this fact makes it impossible for people to establish a relationship with the place; thus the need to establish, from the architectural design, the articulation of nature with the building is circumscribed, in order to determine how this relationship allows the user to improve their perception of the place as well as their productivity in the learning spaces. In this sense, the objective of this degree work is the identification and implementation of strategies for the architectural design, under bioclimatic principles, of a cultural center located in the city of Bogotá D.C. based on the elaboration of an "artificial ecosystem" linked as a "biophilic design", which articulates the connection between the natural and the built environment, in a way that positively affects the perception of the inhabitant towards the space he/she inhabits. In addition, to achieve that the building can be linked more actively with the elements of nature. To achieve the objective, three stages are proposed, the first is an analytical stage, in which the search for information and authors that give an approach to the established objective is established, the second stage consists of the debugging and analysis of various concepts developed by the authors on the linkage of space, and finally, the stage that seeks the appropriation of the appropriation of the space and its relationship with nature, the stage that seeks the appropriation and implementation of the design strategies to the degree project in order to relink the spaces with the natural environment in an attempt to integrate the inhabitant and the environment with the building, and that this fulfills certain environmental and design conditions that involve it with the inhabitant allowing him to understand the place, its characteristics and its history. Thus, it was determined that the implementation of strategies through the contact of the inhabitant with the habitat and the inclusion of this in the building through gardens and having physical determinants in the space, can improve the perception of the place by the user by relating it with a positive stimulus that gives a sense of comfort.
