The research is based on the place of residence of the Wayuu people, the field of investigation is concentrated in the ordinary rural areas of the Guajira in this case the municipality of Fonseca, The problem that arises is the recent increase of the deficit both qualitative and quantitative that emerges in the department that is to say, these lack minimum conditions for daily life. To this is added the precarious development of the area and the absence of basic services, among them, the most important for human beings: water. Therefore, TEPIIA (TERRITORY) intends to interpret the Wayuu habitat and translate it through the projection of a housing established through design parameters understood from the formal analysis of housing and its territorial organization, using local materials of the region to achieve an economic, social and sustainable development.eng
