TEPIIA - Una relación entre la interpretación del territorio y nuevas ruralidades

Abstract

Este proyecto de grado trata sobre vivienda rural en el departamento de la Guajira. El espacio y la arquitectura indígena se muestran aquí como referentes de la forma de observar e interpretar el territorio. La investigación se basa en el lugar de residencia del pueblo Wayuu, el campo de investigación se concentra en las zonas rurales ordinarias de la Guajira en este caso el municipio de Fonseca, el problema que se plantea es el reciente aumento del déficit tanto cualitativo como cuantitativo que emerge en el departamento, es decir, estas carecen de condiciones mínimas para la vida diaria. A esto se le adiciona desarrollo precario de la zona y la ausencia de servicios básicos entre esos, el primordial para el ser humano: El agua. Por lo anterior, TEPIIA (TERRITORIO) pretende interpretar el hábitat wayuu y traducirlo mediante la proyección de una vivienda establecida mediante parámetros de diseño entendidos desde el análisis formal de una vivienda Wayuu y su organización territorial, utilizando materiales locales de la región para lograr un desarrollo económico, social y sostenible.

Therefore, TEPIIA (TERRITORY) intends to interpret the Wayuu habitat and translate it through the projection of a housing established through design parameters understood from the formal analysis of housing and its territorial organization, using local materials of the region to achieve an economic, social and sustainable development.
