Evaluación y Propuesta de Mejoramiento de la Planta de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales de la Inspección La Victoria del Municipio El Colegio, Cundinamarca.

Abstract

La Planta de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales de la Inspección La Victoria se encuentra ubicada al nor-occidente del centro poblado del municipio El Colegio y su efluente se vertido a la quebrada La Campos, esta quebrada aguas abajo abastece varios acueductos rurales, lo cual nos demarca la gravedad de que la PTAR no funcione adecuadamente y no cumpla con la resolución 0631 de 2015. A partir de ello es pertinente analizar el estado actual de la PTAR identificando las posibles fallas o deficiencias en los procesos que esta lleva a cabo, con la finalidad de proponer un mejoramiento de la infraestructura y de los procesos, para ello se realizó la recolección de la información pertinente para entender el modo de operación, el tipo de tratamiento efectuado y demás especificaciones relevantes de la PTAR. Con la información recolectada se observó que actualmente la PTAR no se encuentra en funcionamiento por lo cual las aguas residuales de la Inspección la Victoria están siendo vertidas a la quebrada La Campos sin tratamiento, aproximadamente hace un año no se le realizan mantenimientos preventivos y no cuenta con un operador fijo, el análisis del cumplimiento de los parámetros establecidos se efectuaba una vez al año y después del 2017 se dejó de realizar. Con las observaciones y el análisis se realizó la verificación del cumplimiento de algunos parámetros de diseño dados por diferentes autores, identificando que el caudal a la entrada de la PTAR está próximo a superar la capacidad de diseño, por lo cual se propone alternativas y la implementación de tecnologías que permitan poner en operación la PTAR y mejorar integralmente su funcionamiento en beneficio del medio ambiente y de la población que se abastece de la quebrada La Campos.

It does not work correctly and does not comply with resolution 0631 of 2015. From this, it is pertinent to analyze the current state of the WWTP, identifying possible failures or deficiencies in the processes carried out, with the purpose of proposing an improvement of the infrastructure and the processes, for this the compilation of the pertinent information was carried out to understand the mode of operation, the type of treatment carried out and other relevant specifications of the treatment plant. With the information collected, it was observed that the WWTP is not currently in operation, so the Victoria Inspection wastewater is being discharged into the La Campos stream without treatment, approximately one year ago no preventive maintenance was performed or made no operator, the analysis of compliance with the established parameters was performed once a year and after 2017 was suspended. With the observations and the analysis, the verification of compliance with some design parameters given by different authors was made, identifying that the flow at the entrance of the WWTP is close to exceeding the design capacity, for which alternatives and implementation are proposed of technologies that allow the WWTP to operate and improve its operation in an integral manner for the benefit of the environment and the population provided by the La Campos stream.
