Propuesta para el desarrollo del Urabá Antioqueño y sus municipios aledaños: Diagnóstico y Propuesta Territorial Conectividad y Desarrollo

Abstract

Desde la década de los años 50 del siglo pasado, Colombia, al igual que la mayoría de los países latinoamericanos, emprendió el largo y desafiante camino hacia el progreso con el propósito estatal de procurar una mejor calidad de vida para los ciudadanos. Para ello, gobierno tras gobierno, se han estructurado diferentes planes de desarrollo con los que se han buscado alcanzar el señalado propósito a través del incentivo empresarial, hacia una economía local más dinámica, mayor participación en exportaciones, inversión extranjera y proyectos de mejoras en infraestructura, entre otros, lo que en conjunto contribuyeran tanto a alcanzar el objetivo trazado, como a minimizar las brechas e inequidades sociales.

Since the 1950s, Colombia, like most of the Latin American countries, undertook the long and challenging road to progress with the state purpose of ensuring a better quality of life for citizens. For it, government after government, different development plans have been structured with which sought to achieve the purpose indicated through the business incentive, towards a more dynamic local economy, greater participation in exports, foreign investment and infrastructure improvement projects, among others, which together will contribute both to achieve the objective set, as well as to minimize gaps and social inequities.
