Estudio de la gestión de los RCD en la implosión de las instalaciones del Ministerio de Defensa para reconocer la aplicación de la economía circular en el ejercicio de la Ingeniería Civil

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se realiza el seguimiento al caso de la implosión del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional (MDN), en donde se busca establecer si el manejo de los RCD obtenidos por esta actividad aplica un sistema lineal convencional o un nuevo modelo de la Economía Circular, utilizado en distintos países en los últimos años, y así establecer si el manejo y tratamiento que se les da a los RCD son adecuados al concluir el proyecto y es el correcto. En el sector de la construcción se presentan diversas afectaciones en los sectores ambientales y económicos debido al sistema lineal con el que se tratan los Residuos de Construcción y Demolición (RCD). Dando a conocer cuáles son los procesos que se aplican a dichos residuos. Esta investigación se realiza por medio de una revisión bibliográfica y trabajo de campo en donde se tomaron diversos documentos con el fin de reunir toda la información necesaria para establecer un criterio acertado sobre el correcto manejo de los RCD generados por la implosión del edificio, donde se concluye que se realiza una correcta selección, separación y tratamiento de los residuos in situ, pero una vez se llevan a la planta de tratamiento el uso que se le da a estos materiales no es el suficiente para mejorar y completar el modelo de circularidad.

In the current document the follow up on the implosion of the Ministry of National Defense (MND) is going to take place, where it is sought to stablish if to the management of the CDW obtained by this activity is applied to a conventional linear system or a new circular economic model, that has been applied in various countries in the last recent years, and thus establish if the management and treatment given to the CDW at the end of the project is the right one. In construction industry there are various impacts on the environmental and economic sectors due to the linear system CDW are treated with. Making known the process applied to said waste. This investigation is realized by a bibliographic évaluation in where different documents were studied aiming to gather the required information to give a correct criterion and on the correct handling of the RCD generated by the implosion of the building, where it is concluded that it is carried out a correct selection, separation and treatment of waste in situ, but once they are taken to the treatment plant, the use given to these materials is not sufficient to improve and complete the circularity model.
