Mejoramiento de la red vial secundaria en los municipios de Pto. Carreño y Cumaribo, Vichada - Orinoquía

Abstract

Para la elaboración del proyecto se tuvo en cuenta actores como la comunidad de Cumaribo y Puerto Carreño, como las respectivas alcaldías y el gobierno departamental, con el fin de poder establecer las necesidades en el sector transporte que más adolecían a la región, procediendo a realizar los trabajos de campo, el cual dio el parámetro para los respectivos diseños y alternativa más viable para la realización del proyecto dando como resultado realizar el mejoramiento de la vía a través de Base Estabilizada con suelo - cemento. El trabajo se fundamenta en los conceptos que se debe tener en cuenta a la hora de formular un proyecto, al igual que en su ejecución la implementación de la gerencia de proyectos.

For the elaboration of the project, actors such as the community of Cumaribo and Puerto Carreño, as well as the respective mayor's offices and the departmental government, with in order to be able to establish the needs in the transport sector that most suffered from the region, proceeding to carry out the field work, which gave the parameter for the respective designs and the most viable alternative for carrying out the project, giving as result to carry out the improvement of the road through Stabilized Base with soil - cement. The work is based on the concepts that must be taken into account when formulate a project, as well as in its execution the implementation of the management of Projects.
