Estructuración de la Fase 1 y 2 del Sistema de Gestión de Documentos Electrónicos de Archivo - SGDEA de la Secretaría Distrital de Seguridad Convivencia y Justicia

Abstract

El proyecto consiste en el desarrollo de la estructuración de la fase 1 y 2 de un software de gestión de documentos electrónicos de archivo para la Secretaría Distrital de Seguridad, Convivencia y Justicia -SDSCJ, que permita la interoperabilidad y la custodia de información electrónica producida de acuerdo con la misión que esta tiene.

El público objeto del proyecto está dirigido a los funcionarios, contratistas y ciudadanos, con el propósito de adquirir e implementar un Sistema de Gestión de Documentos Electrónicos de Archivo -SGDEA- óptimo, que garantice el acceso a la información de manera oportuna.

Con el desarrollo de este proyecto, se espera que el nuevo aplicativo permita suplir las necesidades actuales y posibles necesidades futuras, así mismo permite posicionar a la Secretaría Distrital de Seguridad, Convivencia y Justicia -SDSCJ como una de las entidades públicas que da cumplimiento a la normatividad archivística colombiana y a su vez articularse con otras entidades distritales y nacionales para la ejecución de su misionalidad.
