Cultura y turismo para el desarrollo vivencial de la Macarena

Abstract

La Macarena (Meta), cabecera municipal e importante reserva natural, se caracteriza por tener escenarios naturales de gran importancia nacional. En los años 80 las Farc tomaron muchas de estas tierras para crear una base económica por medio de la coca, a esto se sumó el acaparamiento ilegal de tierras la cual consistía en la deforestación completa y masiva de un gran número de hectáreas y su posterior venta a un precio elevado. A causa de la invasión de tierras, la deforestación y la violencia por parte de las Farc a los habitantes, disminuyo el turismo hacia la región y esto causó un gran deterioro en la economía del territorio. (Molano,2019) Por esto, este proyecto aporta confianza al turista apoyados desde el actual proceso de post- conflicto planteando espacios que incentiven el sentido de pertenencia y el cuidado del medio ambiente, fortaleciendo de esta manera la vegetación existente y proponiendo una estructura ambiental nueva que se complemente con la parte social y cultural de la región. Es un proyecto centrado en un espacio de unión peatonal rodeado de diferentes usos como, comercial, turístico y religioso. Se implementa el uso de ciertas metodologías como lo son: análisis del lugar, análisis multiescalar de la vegetación existente y trabajo de campo para obtener el diagnóstico completo del lugar. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos se plantea la conexión del espacio público con espacios de oportunidad que fomenten identidad, diversificación de usos y mejoramiento del medio ambiente.

For this reason, this project provides confidence to the tourist supported by the current postconflict process, proposing spaces that foster a sense of belonging and care for the environment, thus strengthening the existing vegetation and proposing a new environmental structure that is complemented by La social and cultural part of the region. It is a project focused on a pedestrian union space surrounded by different uses such as commercial, tourist and religious. The use of certain methodologies is implemented, such as: site analysis, multiscale analysis of existing vegetation and field work to obtain a complete diagnosis of the site. According to the results obtained, the connection of the public space with spaces of opportunity that promote identity, diversification of uses and improvement of the environment is proposed.
