Ensamble, refuncionalización de un elemento patrimonial en función de la educación secundaria en Cáqueza, Cundinamarca

Abstract

El presente trabajo se proyecta en el municipio de Cáqueza Cundinamarca, específicamente en un equipamiento educativo, Colegio María Auxiliadora, este trabajo parte de una experiencia personal en la sede educativa evidenciando los inconvenientes que este presenta. Como está determinado que el inmueble es un elemento de carácter patrimonial, y la idea de proyecto es la intervención de este y el complemento por medio de un nuevo elemento , el problema de este planteamiento es la desarticulación entre los dos elementos, el contexto patrimonial y la nueva obra. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, se proyecta como objetivo la solución del problema, esto por medio del planteamiento de estrategias para la correcta articulación entre un elemento nuevo y un contexto histórico. El sistema de desarrollo de este proyecto se define en tres fases, la primera el análisis de la problemática del edificio, en segunda medida el análisis del edificio y su caracterización valorativa y por último la aplicación de las estrategias proyectuales para el correcto desarrollo de la intervención. Este proyecto aportaría una nueva idea de articulación, la cual se identifica en la unión de elementos de diferente época por medio de fachadas, de igual manera se está dando solución en términos espacios internos y desarrollo de nuevas actividades.

The present work is projected in the municipality of Cáqueza Cundinamarca, specifically in an educational facility, Colegio María Auxiliadora, this work is based on a personal experience in the educational center showing the inconveniences that it presents. As it is determined that the property is an element of a patrimonial nature, and the project idea is the intervention of this and the complement by means of a new element, the problem with this approach is the disarticulation between the two elements, the patrimonial context and the new work. Taking into account the above, the objective is projected to solve the problem, this through the approach of strategies for the correct articulation between a new element and a historical context. The development system of this project is defined in three phases, the first the analysis of the problems of the building, the second the analysis of the building and its value characterization and finally the application of the project strategies for the correct development of the intervention . This project would provide a new idea of articulation, which is identified in the union of elements from different times by means of facades, in the same way a solution is being given in terms of internal spaces and development of new activities.
