Vivienda colectiva orientada al habitante de calle mediante lineamientos de sostenibilidad

Abstract

El presente trabajo de grado trata sobre la vivienda colectiva en los procesos de reinserción de los habitantes de calle, con el fin de dar solución al problema de carencia de vivienda digna dirigida a los habitantes de calle en Bogotá. Se propuso como objetivo dar solución al problema mediante el proyecto arquitectónico, en donde se generaron hábitats dignos como derecho fundamental a los habitantes de calle, apoyando en su proceso de reinserción por medio de vivienda digna, individual y permanente, que suple sus necesidades mediante los servicios que ofrece una vivienda colectiva junto con estrategias sostenibles, logrando así un entorno habitable, confortable y mejorar su calidad de vida.

This undergraduate work deals with collective housing in the processes of reintegration of street dwellers, in order to solve the problem of lack of decent housing aimed at street dwellers in Bogotá. The objective was to solve the problem through the architectural project, where dignified habitats were generated as a fundamental right for street dwellers, supporting their reintegration process through dignified, individual and permanent housing, which supplies their needs through the services offered by collective housing together with sustainable strategies, thus achieving a livable and comfortable environment and improving their quality of life.
