The objective of the present investigation was the design of an instrument to evaluate mobility and the use of transport in university students within the framework of psychological well-being. The design is psychometric, a scale was built taking into account the main categories associated with mobility proposed by Carruthers, Dick, and Saurkar, (2005). Affordability, Availability, Accessibility and Acceptability. For its validity, there was an evaluation of 3 expert judges, under the criteria of relevance and structure, using the Likert scale on essential, useful but not essential, not necessary, agreement and no agreement. As results of the original 20 items, 6 were modified, since the reliability index obtained through Cronbach's Alpha in its relevance and structure was lower than expected. The other categories had a reliability index between 0.8 and 0.9, indicating their viability for the instrument that was designed.eng
