Vivienda de descanso en Talauta Cundinamarca

Abstract

El centro poblado de Talauta en el municipio de El Peñón, en el departamento de Cundinamarca, se enfrenta desde el año 2000 a una disminución de actividad turística y de producción agrícola consecuencia del deterioro de la imagen del lugar por falta de equipamientos y zonas turísticas que incentiven a la reactivación del sector. Con base en el interés de privados en el desarrollo de vivienda de descanso en la zona, se propone diseño de una agrupación de vivienda que se fundamenta en la adaptación al terreno y la articulación al paisaje mediante recorridos peatonales favorecidos por pendientes y escalonamientos que permitan un constante disfrute visual y sensorial. Con la propuesta se espera recuperar población visitante que aporte al cambio del lugar, conserve la vegetación existente y la fauna del sector por medio de una implantación de bajo impacto, mimetizada en el paisaje y favoreciendo los recorridos peatonales; que asocien la percepción que tiene el visitante por la producción agrícola del lugar. También se busca involucrar a los nuevos habitantes a la conservación de estos recursos y a evitar el transporte de vehículos dentro de la agrupación de viviendas. Así el proyecto aporta a la construcción de un lugar altamente turístico que brinde al sector una mejoría en la producción agrícola, generando así un escenario de oportunidad, descanso y confort.

Based on the private interest in the development of rest housing in the area, the design of a housing group is proposed that is based on adaptation to the terrain and articulation to the landscape by means of pedestrian engravers favored by slopes and steps that affect a constant visual and sensory enjoyment. With the proposal, it is expected to recover the visiting population that contributes to the change of the place, conserving the existing vegetation and fauna of the sector by means of a low impact implantation, mimicked in the landscape and favoring pedestrian routes; that associate the perception that the visitor has for the agricultural production of the place. It also seeks to involve new inhabitants in the conservation of these resources and avoid the transport of vehicles within the group of houses. Thus, the project contributes to the construction of a highly touristic place that offers the sector an improvement in agricultural production, thus generating a scenario of opportunity, rest and comfort.
