Abstract

El proyecto se desarrolla en la ciudad de Bogotá en el predio ubicado en la localidad de Teusaquillo en la UPZ 104 – Parque Simón Bolívar, entre la avenida 26 y la calle 53 y limitando con las carreras 60 y 66A. Este predio, actualmente, pertenece a la Beneficencia de Cundinamarca, es considerado un humedal no reconocido y no tiene actualmente ninguna intervención arquitectónica ni paisajista puesto que se tiene previsto ser reservado para la expansión del Parque Metropolitano Simón Bolívar, aunque varias alcaldías han planteado la reestructuración del POT cambiando el uso del suelo del predio y así poder urbanizarlo incluso, yendo en contra de los intereses del dueño y de los mismos habitantes del sector. Por tal motivo, el objetivo que se pretende alcanzar es el planteamiento de un equipamiento, precisamente el Centro de Investigación y Protección de Humedales (CIPHU), que responda a los intereses de la comunidad, la protección ambiental y su debido tratamiento. Ligado a este, se plantea a grandes rasgos el diseño de un parque que responda a esa proyección que se tiene con el Parque Simón Bolívar, de igual manera implementando estrategias amigables con el mismo terreno y la búsqueda del reconocimiento del humedal.

The project develops in the city of Bogotá at the property located in the locality of Teusaquillo in the UPZ 104 – Parque Simon Bolivar, between the 26th avenue and the 53rd street and bordering on the carreras 60th and 66thA. This property, at present, belongs to the Beneficencia de Cundinamarca, it is considered a not recognized wetland and at present it does not have any architectural nor landscape intervention because it is intended to be saved for the expansion of the Metropolitan Park Simón Bolívar, although several mayoralties have tried to restructure the POT changing the use of the soil of the property and this way be able to urbanize it even, going against the interests of the proprietor and the inhabitants of the sector. For such a motive, the goal that is intended to reach is the approach of an equipment, precisely the Wetland Investigation and Protection Center (CIPHU in spanish), that answers to the interests of the community, the environmental protection and its due treatment. Tied to this one, the design of a park will be presented that answers to the projection that is stablished with the Simón Bolívar Park, in the same way implementing friendly strategies with the terrain and the search of the recognition of the wetland.
