El rito pentecostal en la arquitectura religiosa contemporánea de Bogotá

Abstract

La ciudad de Bogotá ha sido escenario en los últimos sesenta años del crecimiento de un movimiento religioso el avivamiento pentecostal, este ha tomado fuerza desde el incremento de feligreses y desarrollo de templos en construcciones adaptadas; sin embargo, el desarrollo de edificaciones religiosas no responden a una tipología para el culto; lo que embarga el problema: el desconocimiento de los ritos y las tradiciones de la identidad del culto pentecostal en la proyección arquitectónica de los equipamientos religiosos que contiene el culto.

El propósito es analizar los ritos en el marco de la de la religión pentecostal y su identificación por medio del tipo arquitectónico y que permita la experiencia religiosa al hombre religioso. Esto se lleva a cabo desde el análisis del rito específico de la religión pentecostal, a través del contexto histórico, geográfico y cultural, y el análisis del tipo en la arquitectura religiosa que permita identificar características propias en el marco de la religión pentecostal.
