Abstract

Actualmente Guaduas (Cundinamarca), se percibe como un municipio con abandono cultural y patrimonial, pérdida de identidad y memoria histórica, carencia de infraestructura y falta de promoción turística, lo cual se manifiesta en el deterioro del centro histórico denominado patrimonio cultural que caracteriza al municipio.

Mediante el análisis podemos plantear las posibles soluciones: Plantear un centro de información localizado en la vía Nacional para incentivar y promocionar el turismo. Implementar un circuito histórico que permita la conexión entre las 3 partes fragmentadas por la estructura ecológica principal mediante hitos e inmuebles patrimoniales. Mantenimiento y preservación de elementos en fachadas en el centro histórico. Identificar los puntos críticos de acceso para desarrollar nuevos perfiles viales y zonas de parqueo. Fortalecer la infraestructura hotelera con la implantación de un hotel y la implementación de un centro técnico especializado en gastronomía y turismo.
