C.D.P - Complejo Deportivo Principal Sabana Centro - Cajicá

Abstract

El presente trabajo se desarrolló para optar al título de arquitectos de la Universidad Piloto de Colombia bajo la línea de investigación: teorías, métodos, practicas. El CDP en la sabana centro es un equipamiento propuesto en una zona de intervención aprobada por el municipio y declarado como zona de interés público, de tal forma Cajicá por ser uno de los municipios con gran proyección de crecimiento urbano quiere aportar para la construcción de una mejor sociedad impulsando el sector deportivo y recreativo. El desarrollo de este complejo deportivo principal es un complemento a los usos predominantes en el municipio que son vivienda y la educación, ya que se generaran programas profesionales y recreativos, de esta manera se quiere incentivar a la población en la participación, no solo joven o adulta sino también infantil y de tercera edad. De forma que logrando un correcto emplazamiento permitirá aprovechar de la mejor manera todos los tipos de escenarios deportivos propuestos a cualquier tipo de perfil de usuario que desee ingresar al equipamiento. Mas allá de los beneficios que tendría a nivel micro (Cajicá) se busca que mediante el proyecto se invite e incentive a poblaciones de municipios aledaños como los que hacen parte de la sabana centro como a su vez cubrir necesidades de diferentes regiones del país.

The present work was developed to qualify for the title of architects of the Pilot University of Colombia under the line of research: theories, methods, practices. The CDP in the central savannah is a proposed facility in an intervention area approved by the municipality and declared as a public interest area, in this way Cajicá, as one of the municipalities with a large projection of urban growth, wants to contribute to the construction of a better society promoting the sports and recreational sector. The development of this main sports complex is a complement to the predominant uses in the municipality that are housing and education, since professional and recreational programs will be generated, in this way we want to encourage the population in participation, not only young or adult but also child and elderly. So that achieving a correct location will make the best use of all the types of sports scenarios proposed to any type of user profile that wishes to enter the equipment. Beyond the benefits that it would have at the micro level (Cajicá), it is sought that through the project, it invites and encourages populations of closer municipalities such as those that are part of the central savannah as well as covering needs of different regions of the country
