Ecohotel Terrae Novae

Abstract

A lo largo del siglo XXI, los grandes retos de la humanidad se han enfocado en el impacto que genera el ser humano en el medio ambiente y cómo mejorar las condiciones de vida de las personas en un entorno global. Este es el punto de partida para este trabajo, al proponer un desarrollo turístico sostenible que se encuentre enmarcado en unos lineamientos que preserven el ecosistema. Este documento presenta un proyecto arquitectónico que se fundamenta en el turismo sustentable, el cual está tomando gran importancia en un ámbito global, al ser una solución para tratar algunos problemas del siglo XXI, particularmente la preservación del medio ambiente. El proyecto arquitectónico consiste en un complejo turístico, que busca potencializar el turismo en el municipio Tausa – Cundinamarca. Con el fin de resolver diferentes tipos de problemáticas que se presentan actualmente en la zona, además de dar un paso adelante en el comienzo de una revitalización en el turismo. Este complejo ofrece diferentes actividades, tales como: hospedaje, recreación y servicios complementarios que ofrezcan al turista una solución a sus necesidades.

Throughout the 21st century, the great challenges of humanity have focused on the impact generated by the human being on the environment and how to improve the living conditions of people in a global environment. This is the starting point for this work, by proposing a sustainable tourism development that is framed in guidelines that preserve the ecosystem. This document presents an architectural project that is based on sustainable tourism, which is taking great importance in a global environment, being a solution to address some problems of the XXI century, particularly the preservation of the environment. The architectural project consists of a tourist complex, which seeks to boost tourism in the municipality of Tausa - Cundinamarca. In order to solve different types of problems that are currently present in the area, in addition to taking a step forward in the beginning of a revitalization in tourism. This complex offers different activities, such as: lodging, recreation and complementary services that offer tourists a solution to their needs.
