Abstract

El centro Hotelero y de Convenciones de Villa de Leyva busca rescatar los aspectos Culturales, arquitectónicos, paleontológicos y naturales de Villa de Leyva proponiendo un lugar alternativo al centro histórico que concentra todas estas riquezas, debido a que el saturamiento de puntos hoteleros en el casco urbano, está generando unas problemáticas, a las cuales el proyecto busca responder, enmarcando aquellas cualidades que posee el mismo, pero dando la posibilidad de trasladarlas a otro lugar en el cual concentremos todas aquellas virtudes, dando así alternativas de un nuevo turismo en el municipio, que puede impulsar y explotar nuevas características de este, evitando así el acumulamiento y la sobrecarga de turismo que presenta el casco histórico; Teniendo en cuenta nuestro tema de tesis (La imagen como reflejo cognitivo de los recorridos),se alargara la experiencia fuera del perímetro urbano a través de la adecuación de las vías ya existentes que conducirán hacia puntos clave de la propuesta que evocan las actividades del centro histórico, con el fin de destensionar la demanda turística y de servicios de este.

The Hotel and Convention Center of Villa de Leyva seeks to rescue the cultural, architectural, paleontological and natural aspects of Villa de Leyva proposing an alternative location to the historic center that concentrates all these riches, because the saturation of hotel points in the urban area , is generating some problems, to which the project seeks to respond, framing those qualities that it possesses, but giving the possibility of transferring them to another place in which we concentrate all those virtues, thus giving alternatives to a new tourism in the municipality, that can promote and exploit new features of this, thus avoiding the accumulation and overload of tourism presented by the historic center; Taking into account our thesis topic (the image as a cognitive reflection of the routes), the experience outside the urban perimeter will be extended through the adaptation of the existing routes that will lead to key points of the proposal that evoke the activities of the center historical, in order to reduce tourism demand and services of this.
