Abstract

Este trabajo de grado con un enfoque urbano arquitectónico, busca plantear opciones de vivienda para usuarios del sector educativo del municipio de Chía - Cundinamarca. Es el resultado de un análisis del sector teniendo en cuenta diversos factores como la centralización de la educación y la aparición de nuevos centros educativos en la sabana de Bogotá en el costado nor- ccidental. Se quiere demostrar cómo estos influyen en el diseño formal del proyecto y el desarrollo morfológico del mismo, las estrategias urbanas y tecnológicas usadas para proyectar una propuesta sostenible que procure la protección al medio ambiente y el entorno inmediato o bien sea que se presente en el municipio de Chía. En el presente trabajo se explicarán las operaciones de diseño con el apoyo de distintas teorías de diferentes autores, para darle una sustentación teórica al mismo, teniendo como punto clave y de partida el usuario especifico estudiando sus patrones de comportamiento y desplazamiento así mismo las necesidades específicas que requieren. Se explica cómo estos diversos factores, influyen en la forma y espacio propuestos, como éstos responden a los análisis que se plantean al igual que se buscan solucionar otros retos espaciales que se encuentran en las viviendas universitarias del sector educativo.

This degree work with an urban-architectural focus, searches to plan options of living places for users of the educational sector of the municipality of Chia, Cundinamarca. It is the result of an analysis of the sector having in mind diverse factors as the centralization of the education and the appearance of new educational centers in the savannah of Bogota on the north-west side. It wants to demonstrate how those influence in the formal design of the project and in the morphologic development of it, the urban and technological strategies used to project a sustainable proposal that contributes to the environment and the immediate surrounding or that it presents in the municipality of Chia. In this work it will be explained the designs operations and with the support of different theories of different authors, to give it a theoretical support, having as a key and starting point the specific user that it is managed by studying its behavior and displacement patterns, likewise the specific needs that those require. It is explained how this diverse factors, influence in the shape and space proposed, how this responds to the analysis that are planned as it also searches to solve other space challenges that are found in the university housing of the educational sector.
