Espacio liquido : reflexiones para la inserción de un rascacielos en la ciudad de Bogotá

Abstract

Esta investigación es una oportunidad para abrir un espacio de debate frente a la actual tendencia en la construcción de los rascacielos en el centro de la ciudad de Bogotá. Las inquietudes y reflexiones estuvieron organizadas a partir de entender 3 escalas. Primero, La ciudad, como escenario de la arquitectura y la vida social. Segundo, La ciudad y el objeto arquitectónico, en relación con el posible aporte que este tipo de arquitectura puede ofrecer a la ciudad, no solo en términos urbanos, sino administrativos. Tercero, El objeto arquitectónico, entendido desde las relaciones lógicas en el programa arquitectónico. Por último, la investigación a través de un instrumento proyectual estableció el dialogo entre las escalas ya mencionadas. El espacio líquido, planteada como hipótesis metodológica a partir de reflexiones acerca del espacio público y su papel estructurante en la ciudad, sirvió para sustentar las estrategias y operaciones planteadas por la investigación, verificables y trasmisibles para la realización de rascacielos en el centro de la ciudad de Bogotá

This investigation is an opportunity to open a space of debate about the actual tendency in the construction of skycrapers in the center of Bogotá. The concerns and reflections where organized from three scales. First, the city, as stage of architecture and social life, second, the city and the architectural object, in relation to the possible contribution to this kind of architecture can offer to the city, not only in urban terms, but administrative, Third, the architectural objets, understood from the logical relations in the architectural program. By last, the investigation through an proyective instrument stablished the dialogue between the already mentioned scales. The liquid space, posed as a metodologycal hypothesis from reflections about the public space and its structuring role in the city, it served to give sustain the strategies and operations proposed by the investigation, verifiable and transmissible to the realization of skycrapers in the center of Bogotá.
