Reconfiguración y relación con el entorno, el paisaje como reconocimiento principal

Abstract

En la localidad de Usaquén de la ciudad de Bogotá, sobre la calle 127C con carrera 11D se localiza el “Parque metropolitano el Country”. En el presente proyecto se busca la revalorización e intervención de este parque a partir del diseño urbano-arquitectónico, la dotación y adaptación de una infraestructura ya existente y la consecución de las dinámicas ambientales y sociales del lugar; además se tiene como propósito mejorar la habitabilidad de la zona y la imagen de la ciudad. Teniendo en cuenta los diferentes temas tratados en el libro “La imagen de la ciudad” de Kevin Lynch, se toman como puntos de enfoque y dirección proyectual; el tratamiento de los bordes del parque con respecto a su contexto, la valorización de un nuevo nodo en la ciudad y la relación y manejo que se debe tener sobre las diferentes vías que lo rodean. Los usos de los equipamientos realizados, principalmente, son comerciales y recreativos, los cuales tienen múltiples funciones como es el generar mayor vitalidad pública en el sector y dar una continuidad con los planes arquitectónicos, urbanos y sociales de la ciudad. El proyecto busca dar respuesta a un factor importante y quizás el de mayor complejidad, este es la seguridad de los diferentes usuarios en la zona a trabajar, dicho punto se trata por medio de los objetos arquitectónicos, que cumplen el papel de intermediarios entre el parque y la urbe.

In the town of Usaquén from Bogotá city, on 127C street with 11D career is located the "Metropolitan Park the Country". In the present project the revaluation and intervention of this park sought from the urban-architectural design, the endowment and adaptation of an already existing infrastructure and the achievement of the environmental and social dynamics of the place; it also aims to improve the habitability of the area and the image of the city. Taking into account the different topics dealt with the book "The image of the city" by Kevin Lynch, they are taken as points of focus and project direction; the treatment of the edges of the park respect to context, the valorization of a new node in the city and the relationship and management that must be had on the different roads that surround it. The uses of the equipment, mainly, are commercial and recreational, which have multiple functions such as generating greater public vitality in the sector and providing continuity with the architectural, urban and social plans of the city. The project seeks to respond to an important factor and perhaps the most complex, this is the safety of the different users in the area, this point is treated through architectural objects, which play the role of intermediaries between the park and the city.
