Centro gerontológico en Arbelaez - Cundinamarca

Abstract

Este proyecto se implanta en el municipio de Arbeláez Cundinamarca y se orienta principalmente al contexto social de carácter regional, en un énfasis arquitectónico en Asociación Público Privado (APP); en el cual se pretende apoyar a los grupos vulnerables de adultos mayores que necesitan de espacios de acogida, atención médica especializada y recreación: además actividades y cuidados que dignifican su vida, teniendo como objetivo la identificación de los requerimientos necesarios como la accesibilidad, la tranquilidad, aislamiento de ruidos, confort cálido, entre otros para lograr el diseño adecuado de un equipamiento especial como modelo sostenible, humano y cultural que dignifique al adulto mayor y su calidad de vida. El diseño arquitectónico tendrá como aporte el análisis y la integración de estrategias dadas en tres componentes específicos: 1. Geronto-arquitectura: tendencia actual que se desarrolló en torno al problema del crecimiento de la población de adultos mayores para entender las necesidades de estos. 2. Teoría del color: reglas básicas a tener en cuenta en el área del manejo de las emociones, sentimientos y sensaciones que se generan una persona al estar habitando espacios arquitectónicos. 3. Bioclimática: referente a las condiciones climatológicas del lugar (Arbeláez -Cundinamarca. Con lo anterior se ofrecerá un lugar de bienestar para la población del adulto mayor, para esto también se requiere del recurso humano como médicos, psicólogos, enfermeros, aseadores, jardineros, etc., estimulando así, el empleo de los habitantes de Arbeláez junto con el apoyo social voluntario de la comunidad.

The architectural design will have as contribution the analysis and integration of strategies given in three specific components: 1. Geronto-architecture: current trend that developed around the problem of the growth of the population of older adults to understand their needs. 2. Color theory: basic rules to keep in mind in the area of the managing of emotions, feelings and sensations that a person generates when they are inhabiting architectural spaces. 3. Bioclimatic: concerning the climatic conditions of the place (Arbelaez - Cundinamarca). With the above will be offered a place of well-being to the population of the elderly, this also requires human resource as doctors, psychologists, nurses, cleaners, gardeners, etc., thus, stimulating the use of the inhabitants of Arbelaez along with the voluntary social support from the community
