Percepción sobre la implementación del teletrabajo en Helados Gourmet Popsy
Abstract
Esta investigación analiza la percepción sobre el teletrabajo en grupo piloto en la
implementación de esta modalidad en Comercial Allan SAS- Helados Gourmet
Popsy, se recolecto la información a través de entrevistas grupales a 12 jefes de
área. Se analizaron los discursos de los participantes por repertorios
interpretativos confirmando que la implementación fue positiva para ellos, mejoro
notablemente su calidad de vida logrando un equilibrio laboral, familiar y social;
están altamente motivados por el interés que tiene la compañía por su bienestar
viéndose reflejado en el mejoramiento de su productividad. La experiencia del
teletrabajo ha permitido nuevos modelos de trabajo y mayor flexibilización a los
colaboradores sin embargo se debe tener en cuenta la operación y dinámica de
los cargos para garantizar una adecuada implementación. The investigation analyzes the perception about the teleworking in pilot group in
the implementation of the commercial mode ALLAN SAS- HELADOS GOURMET
POPS. The information was recollected through group interviews of 12 heads of
departments. The speeches of the participants were analyzed by interpretative
repertoires which confirmed that the implementation was positive for them. This
implementation improved quality of life, a balance of work, family and social. Also,
they are strongly motivated by the interest that has the Company about employees’
welfare which reflects the improvement of the productivity. The experience about
Teleworking has allowed new models of work and a high flexibility with the
contributors. However, it is necessary take in to account the operation and the
dynamic of positions to guarantee a proper implementation.
