Reactivación turística y hotelera del centro histórico de Honda-Tolima : estudio de caso del Hotel América

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se plantea como un estudio de diseño urbano- arquitectónico, para la reactivación turística y hotelera del centro histórico del Municipio de Honda Tolima en lo alto del barrio Martin Lutero, en donde a través de los conceptos de reactivación y rehabilitación, se propone la implementación de la ciudad verde defendida como “Hotel-Jardín” -con lo que pretendían duplicar el área verde de toda la zona que abarcaba la idea del diseño mediante la utilización de plataformas a lo alto y ancho de las edificaciones- dicha hipótesis es planteada por los arquitectos de la compañía WOHA, para implementar sistemas y mecanismos modernos, tanto arquitectónica como urbanísticamente que sean aptos para cumplir.

In this paper is presented as a study of urban-architectural design for the hotel and tourism revival of the historic center of the municipality of Honda Tolima high in the neighborhood Martin Luther , where through the concepts of recovery and rehabilitation are proposes the implementation of the green city defended as " Hotel- Garden " , with what they intended to double the green area of the entire area covered by the design idea using platforms to the height and width of this hypothesis is edificaciones- raised by the architects of the company WOHA to implement modern systems and mechanisms , both architectural and urbanistic that are suitable to meet .
