Abstract

El proyecto se ubica en el centro de la ciudad de Bogotá, localidad de la Candelaria, proyecto que nace de la necesidad del sector de generar seguridad y conectar la zona sur de este con el resto de la localidad, que según los estudios realizados los jóvenes son los actores principales ya que son uno de los generadores de esta inseguridad y a los que educativa y culturalmente. Se hace necesario que tengan relación con los distintos equipamientos e instituciones existentes dirigidos hacia estos sectores mencionados, pues etas actividades generan que se presente una gran segregación social hacia el sector de las Cruces y Lourdes, de esto parte no sólo la población a la que se dirige el proyecto sino también las actividades que se llevan a cabo dentro de este, pues el estudio de la población a la que se dirige el proyecto nos arroja que se identifican con la cultura hip hop en su mayoría. Arquitectónicamente tomamos al Arquitecto Robert Moses, urbanista y constructor en su mayoría de autopistas y proyectos enfocados al automóvil, quien tiene mucho que ver con la creación de esta cultura ya que en los sectores que dejaron abandonados alrededor de sus proyectos inmigrantes se apoderaron de ellos y esto detonó con la creación de esta cultura. Tomando como base algunas de las ideas de él pero principalmente de su principal contradictora Jane Jacobs, la cual se toma desde el enfoque social que tiene la arquitectura en la ciudad y sus ideas de generar seguridad en la ciudad y espacios pensados hacia las personas y el peatón cosa que aporta ya que teniendo en cuenta la escasez de espacio público el cual critico en el sector nos aporta de gran manera, de allí y del estudio de las actividades con las que los jóvenes se identifican se empieza a consolidar un uso específico para el proyecto, el cual se convierte en un proyecto cuyas actividades se realizan en el 9 espacio público el cual es el mayor aporte de este a la localidad, y el edificio que es de capacitación, que es un edificio que se conecta con todo el espacio público y directamente a la ciudad donde se reparten usos como el teatro aulas de música, baile y artes, con una gran cantidad de terrazas para aportar a las visuales de los usuarios.
