Proyecto urbano-arquitectónico : itinerario Al-Fayad

Abstract

Un itinerario cultural permite recuperar y vincular culturalmente sectores de un territorio, a partir del diseño de un recorrido histórico que conecta bienes patrimoniales, los cuales se convertirán en elementos fundamentales para el re-diseño de una ciudad o centro histórico. En efecto, el proyecto Itinerario Al-Fayad (localizado en el sector 2 del centro histórico de Honda, Tolima) busca la creación de dicho recorrido o itinerario cultural que permitirá conectar puntos estratégicos tanto urbanos como arquitectónicos que han sido declarados bienes de interés cultural (BIC), además demostrará el enlace con la propuesta de restauración de uno de estos. Siendo así, se desea crear un proyecto a través de la rehabilitación urbana que conserve y recupere ciertos lugares del espacio público y así mismo se vincule la propuesta de restauración del edificio Fayad, el cual pretende implementar un espacio de permanencia donde se realizará un espacio socio-cultural dedicado a la población hondana y sus visitantes.

Indeed, the Itinerario Al-Fayad project (located in sector 2 of the historic center of Honda, Tolima) seeks the creation of this cultural route or itinerary that will allow the connection of both urban and architectural strategic points that have been declared assets of cultural interest, will also demonstrate the link with the restoration proposal of one of these. This being the case, we want to create a project through urban rehabilitation that conserves and recovers certain places in the public space and likewise links the restoration proposal of the Fayad building, which aims to implement a permanence space where it will be held a socio-cultural center dedicated to the hondana population and its visitors.
