Vivienda en Tiempos de Cambio: Vivienda para el Adulto Mayor. Ibagué-Tolima

Abstract

El confinamiento causado por la pandemia ha evidenciado la necesidad de diseñar entornos habitacionales adaptados para garantizar una conexión más cercana entre las personas, la naturaleza y el paisaje. Las limitaciones del aislamiento agravaron algunos problemas como la falta de interacción social el bienestar físico y emocional, resaltando la importancia de incorporar espacios verdes que promuevan una vida saludable y activa. Este proyecto aborda la integración del contexto y el paisaje puede generar en la vivienda. Teniendo así como objetivo diseñar un espacio que ofrezca la posibilidad de habitar y convivir, ofreciendo una solución arquitectónica que responda a las necesidades habitacionales y de convivencia emergentes, principalmente en la población de adultos mayores en un contexto postpandemia. El proyecto propone un conjunto de viviendas que permita el contacto constante con el entorno, la naturaleza y el paisaje, creando diferentes espacios de permanencia que fomenten la convivencia relajación y actividad física a través de una arquitectura que prioriza la relación entre el usuario y su entorno.

The confinement caused by the pandemic has highlighted the need to design adapted living environments to ensure a closer connection between people, nature and the landscape. The limitations of isolation aggravate some problems such as the lack of social interaction, physical and emotional well-being, highlighting the importance of incorporating green spaces that promote a healthy and active life. This project addres- ses the integration of the context and the landscape that it can generate in the home. Thus, aiming to design a space that offers the possibility of living and coexisting, offering an architectural solution that responds to emerging housing and coexis- tence needs, mainly in older adults in a post-pandemic context. The project propo- ses a set of homes that allow constant contact with the environment, nature and the landscape, creating different spaces of permanence that encourage coexistence, relaxation and physical activity through an architecture that prioritizes the relationship between the user and their environment
